About: Beginner Sessions

Have you wanted to join us for a game of D&D5e, but haven’t played before and weren’t sure where to begin?

Has it been a while since the last time you played and you wish you had a chance for a refresher before jumping into a game?

You’ve found the right place!

Our Beginner Session Package includes 2 sessions specially designed to prepare new adventurers for a full TTRPG experience. You’ll sit down with us to create a character, learning what each part of your character sheet means and then learn the basics of dice rolls and how combat works. If you have questions, we have answers!

With the help of our experienced adventuring staff, work alongside other new players to create a Level 1 D&D5e character.

We’ll help you sort through races, classes, and backgrounds in the Player’s Handbook to find a combination that sounds the most fun to you, work on a bit of backstory, go over the “how to” of the actions you can take on your turns, and answer any questions you may have.

The following week, it’s time to put what you’ve learned into action!
You can choose to join one of our regularly scheduled one-shots with one of our professional GMs OR join in for a specially created beginner session with fellow new adventurers.

You’ll leave this session with the skills and confidence to join in any of our weekly one-shots (or maybe even one of our 5-week mini-campaigns)!
